Hmmmm.
Wasn't terribly impressed with any of them. Where are the Mel Tormes, the Jerry Stillers, and the J. Edgar Hoovers in that video ?? The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
I'll have to check out the video when I get home tonight.
