Oh shut the fuck up, even baseball bats are regulated, they have to be made of non poisonous material, and they also dont fire bullets.

No one is talking about banning all guns. But just like you don't sell tanks to the general public, or porn to 5 year olds, or beer to 5 year olds, regulations are not fascism. Otherwise why do you stop at traffic lights? Are you allowed to own a fighter and target shoot cars on the highway?

This has to do with big business not your personal rights. MONEY and business obstruction of any and all pragmatic regulations that would reduce gun death. 

The gun industry is simply another big business that has fleets of lawyers and lobby groups that pump money into the political system to protect their market and profits. You make this about one industry and it is not, it is about greed. If Wayne La Pe dipshit were protecting gun rights out of the kindness of his heart what is his salary? I'd say the NRA pays him well to bullshit the public.
