The bible states that Adam's purpose was to tend god's garden and, of course, worship god.
The Quran states that God asked Satan to worship Adam, but he refused, Satan argued why do i bow down to a human being whom is created from dust. Quran also states, all the Angels of the heaven and the Earth will bow down to Muhammad.
It seems like just another contradictions.
The term Jin' or spirit is wide spread in KSA, some people claim Jin are divided between Good & Evil. There is a law in the Middle East which states if you were possessed by an Evil Jin then he forced you to commit a crime as killing some innocent life... you will not receive the capital punishment, because it wasn't your fault. You are allowed to use the Jin argument in court as Free Card out of jail, later you will end up into a mental institute for further treatment.
There is a popular book about how to summon a Jin. Written by an Arab Muslim, some of the writings in the book is taken from the Quran. The book called "Shams al-Ma'arif", it is considered an Arabic Magic. Anyway, i heard stories as growing up that some people tried to contact the spirits and eventually it worked:

According to popular belief the Prophet Muhammad used to communicate with the Jin and debate with them, I recently read a poem in Arabic, in the summary it says the speaker was a Jin or a spirit, this is in the Islamic History. That is why, during the Pilgrimage (Hajj) period in Mekkah. When Muslims arrive at a certain place, they stop and throw rocks at some walls, claiming it represents the devil'.
Not many scholars know why they should stone the devil, some of them claim it was the spot where Satan disobeyed Allah. If you notice where is the contradiction here; was the garden of Eden on Earth or Heaven?
