I am ready to take offense for you.  However, you did misuse some words; I have made alterations with errors crossed out and additions in red, though I may have missed something; I am not trying to be overly critical, and am not an English teacher:

I thought it would be interesting if atheists describe described weird coincidences that happened in their life lives

The night we met neither my husband or nor I wanted to go out. Both of us were pressured by friends to go to a certain nightclub. My husband happened to work with my friend so he and his friends sat at our table. The coincidence of our meeting was just that, a coincidence that happened to work out well for both of us.

Every single time that I make a pot of coffee, my neighbor stops by for a visit. She loves coffee. I could believe that she  has coffee ESP but I think it is more likely that my coffee neighbor drinks a lot of coffee and we practically live in each other's homes.

I am working at building a new entertainment center. My husband, sweet guy that he is, set up a portable canopy to shade me as I sanded and then vanished varnished my masterpiece. Unfortunately when the wind blew, my canopy toppled  and knocked over the stain I was  using. I suppose that I could see that as proof that some higher power doesn't like the particular stain that I am was using or just wants wanted to screw with the first wood project that I ever made.

It might be interesting to describe some unusual things that happened to you that are just strange coincidences and have no meaning beyond that life is weird sometimes.

I don't think it was worth mentioning, and would not have bothered to raise any of this myself.  Posting online tends to be informal writing, with plenty of typographical errors and other issues.

I say, go ahead and be offended that someone brought up the matter at all.

But it's such dumb baseless assertion eventually you have to realize shit just sorta happens, and it doesn't care why you think it does

See that is the flying spaghetti monster's way of telling me that I shouldn't shred paper, have a discussion with my husband and children while writing a post. The lesson learned is to only do one thing at a time.

Let's not rule out the possibility that God does exist but only has the power to satisfy caffeine cravings
“The larger the group, the more toxic, the more of your beauty as an individual you have to surrender for the sake of group thought. And when you suspend your individual beauty you also give up a lot of your humanity. You will do things in the name of a group that you would never do on your own. Injuring, hurting, killing, drinking are all part of it, because you've lost your identity, because you now owe your allegiance to this thing that's bigger than you are and that controls you.”  - George Carlin

so....everything? Huh

LOL Yes. Everything

This was sort of inspired by Christians who claim that certain unusual things that happen in their life is proof that god exists. Everyone has weird things happen to them.

If this were true.. Then why is my highlights of my life story so hard to accept? It is not only the unusual factor, it the frequency. these things take me off guard. This last Saturday TRich was driving our 05 dodge in the rain when out of no where it made some noise then bam, the rear end locked up causing the truck to skid out of control. She usally 9/10 takes the interstate home. If she had and this happened at highway speed I believe that would have cost her, her life. But all that happened was she slid into a curb and broke a tire and rim. When all this happened I thought it was my fault/maintance issue as I never serviced the differential. While waiting for the tow truck I look ed 05 Dodge rear end and it came back with a factory recall for this very issue. Somewhere in hour 3 of waiting for the tow truck I saw a news report of this happening to another guy and he went skidding off the interstate. Now there is a big class action law suit we get to be apart of $$$ Smile  because Dodge is not notifying people of this recall. Of those who have been notified they are being told to hold as they try and engineer an inexpensive fix.

1. This in no way is even the slightest bit of evidence for a sky daddy.
2. If it was sky daddy then why does he do everything half assed? It would have been a lot better for him to just prevent the entire thing from happening.

We are pattern seeking animals, so much that we tend to detect patterns even in the absence of them. Coincidences are the same as normal occurrences, they just appear different to our brains because finding patterns is key to our survival. But really there's nothing more to them than that. Things, good and bad, will continue to happen regardless of your opinion of why they happen. In the end, we are dust motes on a dust mote floating in the vast ocean of matter that ultimately-as all evidence points to-doesn't give a fuck. And that indifference is rather comforting to me personally....I would certainly hate to be dependent on a moody, judgemental universe-or god for that matter.

Also, why doesn't he protect other Christians other than Drich?
