And do you really think that it was a problem for racists who called black people "niggers" 100 years ago? Or was it more of a problem for black people?
(I willfully am using an old example so that no one will likely argue about the example itself. A current problem would likely end up being argued about by bigots who fail to see whatever bigotry is being expressed, or who fail to see the problem with expressing the particular example of bigotry.)
