So it's based on a contradiction. Not a good start. I feel like they make these religious stories deliberately contrived and impossible, to make the believer feel special for being able to "understand" it. If it was just, "That guy over there is in charge, free tea and coffee" people would get bored and wander off.
This is why we have things like theology of course. It stems from two apparent matters:
- Since no proposed god has any evidence of being real and only evidence stating the opposite, theists must speak on the god's behave to supplement for its lack of voice.
- Since scripture is too contrived and contradictory the theists must make failed attempts to rationalize their religion and its scripture.
