Oh you young uns!!! I don't recognise one single band name you guys wrote. If someone tells me what style this is about, I'll pop in the name of my favourite favourite extra favourite band because they can pull off any style at all. And because I'm an obsessed groupie looking for a segue, to be honest.
I'm really shitty at giving kudos and rep. That's because I would be inconsistent in remembering to do them, and also I don't really want it to show if any favouritism is happening. Even worse would be inconsistencies causing false favouritisms to show. So, fuck it. Just assume that I've given you some good rep and a number of kudos, and everyone should be happy...

Despite being a 'young 'un', I haven't heard of quite a few of these. They are all great bands though. Porcupine Tree is as close as to the genius of Pink Floyd as you'll get nowadays.

Pink Floyd went well with acid in the late 70s. Moody Blues were for mushrooms, but PF was acid time. Ah, the good old days...
