Like, "Bomb them!"? Pretty sure we get away with that too.....
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. As long as people don't bomb anyone, it's cool - If someone starts blowing something up because a certain person had the idea and promoted it, he/she is an accomplice, and there's no reason to not arrest him/her - Otherwise we couldn't possibly arrest Hitler because arguably he only said some words, gave people money and wrote a book

We've got "news anchors" that feel comfortable making that statement, on national tv - at primetime....they remain comfortably un-incarcerated.

Even as I typed it, I was perfectly aware of that. But as I said, as much as I despise everyone making such statements, I'm all for their rights to do so.

Indeed they do. I have to say, though, I'm okay with it. As far as I'm concerned, people can screech about doing violence to some other group as loudly and for as long as they want. There's never a point where I say "now -that- should be illegal to say!"

That's actually one thing I'm not comfortable with. Especially if they have some clout over a group of people. The results can be pretty ugly, as has been shown repeatedly.

As long as the violence itself never happens - Rest assured though - If your words happen to motivate people for violence you will be prosecuted as the main author of the crime (again, incentiving people to commit crimes is itself a crime - If I keep telling you to rob someone and even handle you a weapon and you eventually do it, I should be punished as well)
