I would replace wise with reckless since their goal is to incite a violent incident. To cash in politically on the expected casualties. Also, I can only speak for me personally, of course - left manifestations, if it isn't a radical leftist fringe group, aren't out to provoke violent controversy. They also don't make their dime on propagating bigotry. The extreme right on the other hand does have no such inhibitions. Their only program is fearmongering and bigotry. They present scapegoats not solutions.
Reckless and wisdom are not exclusive of each other, Abaris - One can be wise and reckless - In fact, it is a very frequent and useful combination. Most politicians are reckless anyway, anything that gathers votes is a must even if it means lying to millions of people who believe in their shallow words.
Most manifestations and protests are not necessarily right or left-wing, but simply a group of people united with a common cause. You can find Christians, atheists, Muslims and Jews together in pro-secularism rallies. You can find vegetarians and meat-eaters united against unnecessary cruelty against domestic animals. You can find men and women with diverse political beliefs united for women's rights, even if the former has no direct interest in it. Radical groups have a tendency to promote controversial and undesirable goals - But this protest isn't going to be executed by the far-right itself, but by gay people themselves (unless it's a scam and they put people disguised as gays) - People in different political spectrums spouse bigotry, you seem to think being right-wing means being racist and bigoted and hateful when it clearly isn't exclusive to it - For example, anti-theist Marxists have very high interest on picking on all religious people, including Muslims, for obvious reasons, and they are far-left.
Casualties? Please, if you do not accept the presence of gay people and start violence against them you will go to jail like anybody else, regardless of your religious beliefs. This is a very reckless political strategy, but it is also a challenge to Muslims to show that they can integrate themselves in Swedish society - If not by welcoming gays in open arms, at least by showing indifference, tolerance and restraint against the use of violence for unjustified reasons.
The far-right's only program is not bigotry - You seem to be confused about the etymology and meaning of a political ideology - The far-right has political goals to organize society as every other party, it's just that bigotry is incidental and almost a requirement. That being said, I could argue that every political ideology is bigoted against their opponents or that people on the far-left are bigoted against rich people and what they call the burgueoise. I've met far-right fascists who are anti-racist and don't think fascism entails racism, and I've met far-left folks who (apparently like Stalin) were homophobic and thought traditional gender roles were important
