Favourite DOS games
What are your favourite MS DOS games? I love using DOS Box to return to old games.

Some of mine are:

Magic Carpet, Warcraft 2, Ascendancy, Battledrome, Heretic, HeXen, Duke Nukem 3D, Doom, Doom 2, Wargods, Mortal Kombat 3, Alien Breed: Tower Assault, Monkey Island 1 and 2, Simon the Sorcerer 1 and 2, Full Throttle, Dungeon Keeper, Theme hospital.

Wolfenstein3D, Blake Stone Aliens of Gold.... so many to list!

What about you people? Big Grin

Elite 2 - Frontier.

Best. Game. Ever.

You've hit a lot of the good ones. I think Thief was DOS. Then there's Worms, Quake, Syndicate, Mech Warrior 2, Unreal, Carmageddon, SimCity, Descent, Blood, Redneck Rampage, Star Wars: Dark Forces, King's Quest, Prince of Persia, Lemmings and more I can't think of right now.
Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell
