Are there seriously people out there who think "chicken or the egg" is a rebuttal to evolution?
I thought the author was joking. Maybe not.

Q: Are all atheists this ill-informed about religion?
A: No, dammit, they're not. And I resent the implication that the ignorance I maintain toward things biblical -through great vigilance- is something inconsequential or trivial to achieve. I avert my eyes whenever scripture appears on the horizon. Of course, I do have a natural tendency against boredom .. so perhaps it is easier for me.

And it's not a problem at all of course
Which came first? The egg: Laid by a protochicken.
Is it just me, or is Protochicken a great name for a metal band?
A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost
I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.

How many words do you need to say all religions in human history are a product of human imagination?
An elaborate comic book is still a comic book.
