thanks for the warm welcome, sorry it took me a while to get back here been pretty busy - ya i kinda had a feeling it was bogus cus at first i was just looking at air purifiers, then i came across air ionizers, and then the himalayan salt lamps - and then i found this lady's video about them and half way i kinda got the feeling they were bogus - lot of those natural and holistic remedies kinda raise a red flag for me cus i never had much luck with them, but i guess maybe some people do or i think maybe some people get the salt lamp and think its making their depression go away and maybe that creates a psychosomatic effect that makes them feel like their depression is less severe because they see the lamp glowing lol?
