There was a phone scam a while ago people pretending to be IRS agents threatening people with arrest. Even the mail you get in your snail male box in front of your house can be a scam. And very smart people who think they are educated can and do get scammed. That was the only reason I posted this. Wall Street scammed the entire country. This isn't about a woman, this is about one type of tactic humans use to try to get you to part with personal info. Lagit people dont do it like that.
