Ugh. Started watching "Making a murderer" on Netflix with Kitty, I found it quite triggering but I kept watching through most of ep5. Bloody hell, why did I do that?

I think I'll not watch any more because it just makes me agitated, and I already know how it turns out. I get why it's really popular.

Pissed off, tired, stressed, undergoing withdrawal symptoms seeing as I gave up smoking a couple days ago.

I think I feel a low cycle coming on - I'm getting the familiar urges to stop moving, disengage with reality and basically give up for a while. It is no more pleasant than the last several times.
