Rough day. Emotional rollercoaster, like you hadn't guessed if you've seen my posts. Started and finished the day solidly hypomanic with a big ugly ball of anxiety in between.

Still awake at 2:30, I shouldn't be, not with all the Rx drugs.

Acclimating to new psych drugs can be fun. By fun I mean the opposite of fun, of course.

Well, I hope you're over the worst now mate, I can relate to the not sleeping, gave up weed a few years ago after a fairly heavy habit.

As for how I'm feeling? Absolutely chipper, I was married to the funniest and most beautiful woman in the world in June of last year, she is expecting our first child, a daughter, in April.... but far more importantly, it's Friday and I'm going to watch the mighty West Ham with my brothers, cousins, Dad and Uncle tomorrow. Oh and my contract has just been extended.

Indeed, chipper would be the word.
