Like I haven't for a year now. Whether it's the season or the circumstances, I feel like myself again.

A little headache-y, and hungry.

I am visibly shaking in anger right now. Call me thin-skinned all you want, and maybe I am. I just can't not react to someone mocking me about something very important and personal to my life. I know they are just getting their jollies out of my reaction, but this is the kind of stuff that puts suicidal thoughts in my head. Fuck you.

Daily news has been wearing me down. Instinctively this week I began rereading Vonnegut novels. Yesterday I finished Mother Night. Today started Slapstick. A!ready I feel more accepting of human weaknesses and am looking deeper for the humor in it all.
God thinks it's fun to confuse primates. Larsen's God!
Tired, but good. Happy my honey is home from one of his rare trips to the office, so he can browse the forum right next to me.

I'm feeling alright. At the end of my shift today, a co-worker asked me for help on how to solve a system of equations for three variables. Once I started putting everything into an augmented matrix and used Gaussian elimination and elementary row operations, it seemed to refresh his memory; however, I did not have enough time to really get into it, so I hope he looks into this stuff and brushes up on it, because he'll need it to do well in his pre-calculus course.
Other than that, I feel like getting some exercise in and possibly watching Kenneth Branagh's Henry V at some point. |
