Never heard of this Bamba Vingo before, but a common MO for these charlatans is ret-conning predictions, 'predicting' something after the fact, predicting something obvious (sun will come up tomorrow morning), or being so damn vague you can claim success no matter what happens.

And don't get me started on police psychics . . .
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
