There is an inherent bias in that you have to be literate to understand our rules and user agreement. Maybe we should invest in pictograms?

No you don't. The rules are written for you to read before your register. When you register you are told you are accepting our rules plus any future amendments and staff decisions.

Well there is this minor criteria where a person does need to have at least some basic literacy in order to sign up and post here in the first place, but whether they have the intelligence to understand the rules is a whole other story

Perhaps we should provide the Rules in a separate ten commandments format. Maybe passing them off as holy writ - which for the purposes of the forum, they basically are - we might get them to sink in.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'
