Indeed, it would be a shame if someone committed a crime in America, and was able to exercise the right to an attorney. What kind of country have we become?

I also fucking hate the bullshit that non citizens should not have the same due process as citizens. Dont fucking sell the Bill Of Rights as being concepts you'd like to see elsewhere then act like it is murder if we apply the same human rights to others. It either is a better system(all be it not perfect) or it is not.
It's the same thought process that causes christians here to think freedom of religion only applies to their religion.
