Arguably, people who are victims of crimes like fraud and are openly deceived are not being super smart, but it happens. If a good looking businessman sells me a watch and I find out later it is a fake, I might not have been smart, but it's still not my fault he was selling something illegal while claiming it was the real thing.

I strongly think that the rapist should be punished, provided there is enough evidence for a rape. But if people go around with applause the victim in this case will have an encouraged belief that she shouldn't have to be responsible for her safety, it is plain dumb to expect others to behave in some preconceived notion because we live in a civilized society. I'm not a detective. Being raped 10 times and posting about it on Instagram throws up red flags for me. Stuck somewhere between being annoyed at the PC obsession that tells me I can't say this doesn't seem legit, and not wanting to call it bs just in case it is legit.
