I am consciousness. Everything is consciousness. Your consciousness is my consciousness. You are a manifestation of me, and I am experiencing you. You are the experienced, therefore you are subjective. As you evolve, you learn more and more, and become more conscious of yourself (me).

I don't "let" anyone think anything. They have the choice to think anything they like. And they are free to do anything they like, and justify anything in the name of anything.

Another way to put it would've been "what are you?" but it's applying erroneously the notion of person/being on God so "it" was more appropriate.
