Your self in real life vs on AF
February 1, 2016 at 8:21 pm
Good evening, heathenoids.
The poll question is, "What are you like in real life, compared to how you are on these forums?" This is in reference of course, to how you talk to people.
Please feel free to explain your answer.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Heathenoids? LOL!!!
I'm meaner. In real life, I have to bite my tongue ALL the time just to keep my jobs. So I only get to THINK "what a bunch o' crap" instead of actually saying it. Here I get to tell the asshole preechers that I think they're full of it.

I do too, actually. But I think that's really just because I only swear when I'm talking to people I'm close with. I don't just blurt it out in front of anyone.

I do, except patients and in a professional situations.
My colleagues have learned that if I'm swearing my head off and kicking the shit out of a punching bag in the gym, they need to turn and walk away.
