Does it always have to be some kind of Hitler comparison? The Iraq invasion was botched and quite a few people had lining their pockets in mind, but it's a far cry from the Nazi occupation of France or Belgium.
Fine then, next time I'll compare something to the trail of tears.

So why not take it for itself instead of dragging half assed history comparisons in kicking and screaming. It's bad enough, but it's different.

I wonder if they'll withdraw the holiday.

Quote:REVEALED: Conservative hero ’American Sniper’ Chris Kyle grossly exaggerated his military record
Quote:Chris Kyle, whose memoir “American Sniper” was turned into a Hollywood blockbuster, greatly embellished his military service record, according to newly revealed documents.
Kyle, the former Navy SEAL known as the deadliest sniper in U.S. military history, claimed in his book to have been awarded two Silver Stars and five Bronze Stars, “all for valor” — but, in fact, he earned only about half that total, reported The Intercept.
Nah, probably not.

I would like to apologise for this comment and everything else I typed in the thread. Don't know what the fuck possessed me to type it. There's no excuse for my behaviour back then.

Agreed. I've met some of the best people here.
Yeah. I agree with this. I honestly don't know what possessed me to write that fucking comment and anything else in this thread. My military family and their military friends are the best people in the world.
Guess I was going through a little anti military phase or whatever. There's no excuse for what I wrote and I apologise.

Same here.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

BTW, "BM" is the medical term they use for bowel movement.
