Objectively from across the pond, if this ends up a race between Cruz and Clinton, it's going to be like a choice between kissing the arse of God for eternity or burning in hell forever.
Thank god for free will, right ...? If you guys in the USA can't stand the thought of either (and who could blame you?) we can send you some politicians from the UK who are so mediocre and non-descript, you won't even be able to bring yourself to hate them. (oh, how we've tried).
I must not be nasty. I must not be nasty. I must not be nasty. I must not be nasty. I must not be nasty. I must not be nasty. I must not be nasty. I must not be nasty.

We could spare some of those, too! German politics is full of mostly unremarkable and mostly harmless people. Even our populist asshole wing seems mostly boring and normal in comparison to what the GOP thinks is presidential material

Unlike the other delegates they are not voted on directly or through a caucus. They are an attempt by the Democratic party establishment to keep the voters from nominating candidates too far outside either party norms, or too radical to be electable. The Republican party establishment is wishing they had some Super Delegates right about now. I don't know it they are a good thing or a bad thing. They limit democracy within the party. But they may make the party's nominee more electable. They may eventually lead to third parties. But whatever else they might do, they give Clinton a gigantic head start.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
Them Super Delegates sound inconsistent with freedom.
Well here is the latest count.
Trump is doing what he does best, winning. ![]() Here we can see that most Democrats are Neocons instead of Socialists. ![]()
I think Trump has been either lucky or extremely clever to divide the anti-Trump vote between multiple candidates for so long. If it were just Trump vs Cruz or Rubio he would lose. However one of them has stayed in the race for too long but neither wants to give it up. At this point it's just too late.

Trump and Hillary remain on the top.

Sanders is perpetually nipping at Clinton's heels.
