Do you have to be a mod to give kudos to someone, or can any of us do it? And how? Thanks always!!!

Anyone can, but not with Tapatalk. They don't support our Kudos implementation.

So besides that obnoxious stamp it places after every post, Tapatalk doesn't even give full functionality.
