I don't buy into the "Men's Rights Activism" movement because most of the so-called "Men's Rights" issues they love bitching about are instigated by men against themselves.
On "Courts favour women in child custody battles" - That's because the male dominated society we live in paints women as natural caregives, while painting men as ambitious, career driven and no time for children
On "male body image" - Most of the self-hate men have for their own bodies comes from pissing contests with other men, not from womens' expectations of men.
On "men being conscripted into the army" - Related to child custody battles, again it's because the society we live in dictates that men are natural fighters.
You can be against these things without attacking women and attacking the movement for female liberation, because women have virtually nothing to do with these. In fact, you can dismantle these so-called "Men's Rights issues" through feminism, since a central part of feminism is dismantling gender roles that create these issues in the first place. Feminism benefits everyone, even if the primary beneficiaries are women.
To me it's a childish "oh they get a movement! I want one too!". It's like white people who feel they need a white history month just because black people have one, missing the point that it's already white history year every year.

"Ironically like the nativist far-Right, which despises multiculturalism, but benefits from its ideas of difference to scapegoat the other and to promote its own white identity politics; these postmodernists, leftists, feminists and liberals also use multiculturalism, to side with the oppressor, by demanding respect and tolerance for oppression characterised as 'difference', no matter how intolerable." - Maryam Namazie
