They should have to pay for it out of their own pockets. If it comes out of the education budget, then that's just going to lead to more uneducated people who don't know why separation of church and state are so important.
The whole tone of Church teaching in regard to woman is, to the last degree, contemptuous and degrading. - Elizabeth Cady Stanton

Yup, kick their asses out. If talking to Jesus is more important than doing actual school board business, then they should be relieved of their duties so they can talk to Jesus any time they wish. The worst part is that they could have had their cake and ate it too. All of the school board members could meet at Denny's before hand to have their little seance ritual and gotten Jesus to bless all the meetings. But nope, Jesus only listens right before official government business.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

They're all going to hell. Jesus said to do all praying in private, in a closet. Since they didn't obey it's off to the lake of fire with the whole lot of them.
