Mem, my view on homosexuality is that I don't like it.I can't understand why on earth a man would want to lie with another man,it seems very unnatural to me and pointless. But that's just my opinion and there are so many of them around that I suppose there has to be a reason for it.I don't think it's wrong but then again I can't tell,so I don't judge these things and I leave it up to god to decide.

The way you feel for a woman, when you love her, or just attracted to her, etc..., that desire to be with her is on the same level as a what gay people feel for each other. For some people, their attraction only goes towards the same sex, but for some, like myself, it can go either way. I just know that I can get the same desire for a woman that I can have for a man. Don't understand it? Well when did you choose to be straight? You didn't, and the same goes for gays and bisexuals. In any case, your inability to understand and willingness to judge people for something you don't like is irrelevant.

I have already said that I don't judge it,Eilonnwy. And I don't know if god likes it,I just don't like it myself for my own reasons.

Yes or no mem?

Actually, I said that modern Christians act like no one ever thought to be nice to each other until 'Jesus' told them to... as if being nice to each other was something 'divinely inspired'. People knew that before the bible part 2 was written and would know it if it had never been written. That was my only point. It's not like the 'Jesus' character was on to something new. Erm, no
No he wasn't onto something new,Paul, but being kind is something which we need reminding of,and when society goes downhill and forgets then being told to be kind becomes something new for that time.
Be that as it may... it does not then become a reason to believe that the 'Jesus' character or 'god' actually exist outside of those books. I've read numerous fiction novels with positive messages and no one has ever claimed the characters from those books are real people... or that the authors were 'divinely inspired'.
