Time To Stop Wasting Everyone's Time, Bernie

Shoot me, but I'm starting to think Hillary is possibly worse than Trump.
Trump would be a fairly impotant president. He has no politicians worth counting that will give him the time of fucking day, let alone help him build his stupid wall. With a democratic heavy congress, we might just stalemate for 4 years, and show Trump lovers his weeny really is as small as his opponents claim so he'll be shunted aside in the next election cycle. Hillary, on the other hand, is likely to do massive economic and political damage. Bernie is staying in the race in part to point this out. If he makes more Americans pissed off at our forced choice between a war mongering liar and a bigoted moron, then maybe people will get off their asses and start some real change next time. He will probably be too old, but I have hope that others like him will come forward. Anyway, I do feel like Bernie or bust. If we don't get Bernie, and I don't deny there is a snowballs chance in hell of that, then fuck the other 2. I will vote for democratic congress persons, and hope they can keep either of the loonies who manage to get into office in check.

I'd like to point out that just a week or so ago, I would have happily voted for Clinton over Trump. After a very unpleasant education, I now realize they only vary in the areas of their monstrosity, not in the degree of it. They are equally horrible choices.

Hillary is as insider as it gets. Insiders know how evil and corrupt she is, but because the establishment is evil and corrupt as well, they support her, and need her to carry out their plan for us and the new world order agenda.

I will always wonder what if people in history had the same defeatist pessimist attitude as Minimalist. If 150 years or so ago Women who wanted to fight for equal rights just took everything at face value and said "It's not going to happen. Yeah I want work in the same job as a man too, but it aint never gonna happen". Or if Lincoln had considered proposing the Thirteenth Amendment to abolish slavery but then said "Nah, congress seems largely in favor of it, it will never happen so there's no use in trying". Yet Minimalist continues expressing this bullshit defeatism like we lost a war that we never started.

"That's just the way it is" is another form of defeatism. But how to break the two-party stranglehold?
That won't happen until people stop thinking of their vote as a bet on the winning horse, and start thinking of their vote as their voice.
