Got the package from amazon. If you take some time there's always something on offer at some store that wants to get rid of "old" stock. Shipment was free.

Yep. Even so, I don't do desktop PCs any longer. Doesn't really fit my lifestyle.

Laptops are definitely the best in my opinion.

But they are rather on the expensive side. If they feature half decent hardware. I have an old netbook for my laptop needs.

My issue with desktops has to do with the floor space required.

I'm probably gonna run mine through my TV and play my games with a controller. I'm still looking to have a console playing experience, just with the capabilities of a PC. I refuse to play my games with a table full of buttons and sliding gizmos like some kind of space-faring savage.
Verbatim from the mouth of Jesus (retranslated from a retranslation of a copy of a copy):

"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you too will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. How can you see your brother's head up his ass when your own vision is darkened by your head being even further up your ass? How can you say to your brother, 'Get your head out of your ass,' when all the time your head is up your own ass? You hypocrite! First take your head out of your own ass, and then you will see clearly who has his head up his ass and who doesn't." Matthew 7:1-5 (also Luke 6: 41-42)

You know, that depends. I play Dragon Age Inquisition exclusively with my wireless xbox controller. But with FO4 I'm more comfortable with keyboard and mouse.

Skyrim upgrade. . . did they upgrade it so everything in the world doesn't pointlessly level with your character, completely ruining the game?

You know you can up or down the game difficulty, even in the middle of a battle?

I know the auto levelling of opponents can be a pain in the arse, but there are benefits.

I had a high level character - 60 + - clearing out an old tomb which was literally filled with druagr death lords and death overlords.  Got my arse handed to me several times, but my skills went up pretty quick fighting them and I was quickly overloaded with ebony weapons.

Cool
