Throughout the the premiere, the characters make reference to the government dying.
Then at one point the television news anchor states the shutdown is due to democrats.
It's humorous, because in reality if there was ever a government shut down it would be due to the whiney-assed Republicans who seem to think they must always get their way due to the fact that compromise is a word absolutely absent from their vocabulary.
Not that the Republicans really do anything except waste everyone's time.
