Yeah, having modded for a few years at TAF, I'm aware of that. You have to bear in mind that the staff's public behavior in addressing the points being raised is the only thing I have to go on. The rationale heretofore offered seems really weak to me.

I think the same applies in the case of male breasts.  There is a difference in the sexual function of breasts between men and women in that female breasts are sexualized.

Really, that depends on the culture.
