Nope.  Dinosaurs made it onto the ark.  They think that there were dinosaurs until just about the time that cameras were invented.  Our many stories of dragons are pointed to in order to establish this fact.

And nobody thought to paint them back then? Seems like kind of an interesting subject. Napoleon on raptor? Victoria on a brachiawhat'sit? Pterodons scouting for the Royal Navy?
