There were 3 shooters is what I'm hearing so it isn't just a lone maniac.

Good point. Were they just targeting foreign looking people? I don't see how it would help their cause to shoot caucasians.

Not every shooting is Islamic terror or Right-wing extremists. Some people just lose it. In the US we used to call it "going postal" because of some high profile workplace violence in post offices. There was also a time when bankrupt farmers killed their family before committing suicide.
