Syrian bomb and Syrian machete attack in Germany
These two pieces of news seemed to come in a short space of time.

One Syrian asylum seeker in Germany murdered a pregnant Polish woman, he was obsessed with her the news articles suggest.

Also a Syrian asylum seeker set a bomb off inside a bar after being refused entry at music festival injuring a few people but only killing himself.

I'm guessing the goal was to kill people at the music festival.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

Ansbach explosion.

They've also arrested a 16 year old Afghan in relation to the Munich shootings.

As usual. Misleading title. I don't assume they acted in their capacity as Syrians sanctioned by the Syrian government.

One an obvious stalker and ordianry nutjob, the other one, probably a terrorist attack.

The guy in Ansbach was rejected for asylum and had known psychological issues. The direction the debate will go is pretty obvious.

Ansbach, btw., is pretty much my wife's backyard, so this hits pretty close to home. We were contemplating going to a music festival near there later this summer.

Yes, I just watched it on the news. As usual there's much more to the story than meets the eye at first glance. Several suicide attempts and having been in mental treatment. It's pure speculation at this time, but I would find it worrying if someone took advantage of suicidal tendencies to offer that guy sort of a "meaningful" way out.

We still don't know the motivation, but it would be on the same lines as the attack at Nizza, where the attacker suddenly came into lots of money to send home to his family or the suicide attackers at the Brussels airport, who basically were criminal fugitives and left messages of not being willing to go back to jail and rather take that way out. If that's a pattern emerging, the ones behind all of this are actively looking for people already painted into a very tight corner to instrumentalise them.
