TV Series themes from our childhood
RE: TV Series themes from our childhood

My dad asked me if I wanted to go to the moving picture and I was like "What's that?" and we gathered at some meadow where there was still a white wall stranding from some abandoned house and then the movie was projected. People started screaming and we all threw ourselves at the side so that projected train wouldn't run us over.

But you people now have all this gadgets like color, sound, popcorn, digital and still fail to relive the excitement of us on that meadow.

oh... I took a picture of that!
Well.... the reaction of the crowd was always the same... this was indoors.

Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

Ah, Fraggle Rock. That brings back memories. Getting up every morning at 7 and bouncing down the stairs to watch Fraggle Rock.

OK, here's another one that probably doesn't speak to people abroad. It was a German crime series starting in the late 60ies and running till the mid 70ies. The interesting thing about it, it covered many social issues of the time without any taboos, such as abortion, which was still illegal till 1975, I believe. Or drug abuse without judging the users and presenting them as people needing help rather than punishment. It also featured and promoted many songs of the contemporary hitparade.
