Well, my phone will play the podcasts in the car because it is already attached to my Bluetooth.
But it is awesome for on the go programming and WebGL stuff.

my lifestyle isn't ideal, I live with my parents at age 31, but due to my savings I've always felt fairly comfortable that I can move out whenever I want.

Revealing all this financial information about myself feels even more exposing than the pictures I posted in area 69, but forums seem like a good place to vent all this stuff out.

I say if you want it, and you can afford it, go for it  my sister's a guitar nut and she's got loads of them and each one gives her great joy in its own unique way and she's never regretted buying any of them... but for me all they bring on is a headache JK

Well, the Epiphone Les Paul Studio looks very much like the model you're drooling over and costs a little over a quarter of that.

Of course, I should probably mention that I'm the kind of guitarist who tends to thoroughly vet even the accessories I'm considering putting into my rig. (For the record, it's settled upon Ultex Jazz III 2.0s, Black Diamond Silver-Plated Mediums, Kysers, a Snark SN-8 clip-on, and Dunlop Heavy or Acoustaglide XL brass slides.)

Get a Black Beauty Custom, you'll save money in the long run and get a better guitar all around.
Me, I'm an SG guy, and though I recently got a Faded Studio, I should have simply gotten the SG Standard I really want. 'Cause I'm gonna get it anyway.

£1099 invested in a quality mutual fund at an average interest rate of 8% would certainly not yield you as much enjoyment as this axe will in this lifetime. Rock on my man.
