Yeah, I go by personal experience and plausibility of universal order worked out on my own, with ample support after the fact from multiple religious stories/views and current scientific evidence. I prefer beliefs that are logical, predictive and backed up by evidence and I have already slain many previous beliefs. Such is the work of growing and pruning one's soul.

The beliefs you've described thusfar don't sound particularly logical, predictive, evidenced based, or scientific.  They do sound like run of the mill new-age reconstructionism.

In just -this- thread, you've expressed a belief that poor diet is the root cause of depression..which no amount of self help, drugs, or therapy can fix....and that you can fly, ffs.

Nice misrepresentation. I posted that change of diet and gut biome can help depression where drugs cannot because they do not replace gut bacteria. I even linked an article from medical doctors that specifically say antibiotics that kill gut bacteria indiscriminately can have an adverse affect on mood and well being.

What ever you want to stick in yourself man, you have to live with it. I'm sure you can live a healthy and satisfying life on Doritos seeing as diet has absolutely nothing to do with your sense of well being.

Professional arborist for 16 years specializing in climbing, rigging and trimming. My job is life and death physics with little to no room for error, for several sustained hours most days of the week. I co-own the business with my wife and I run a 3-5 person crew. If I'm not playing human wrecking ball in the trees, I'm stuffing a chipper that will eat a 10 inch log just as soon as it would eat me.

Tree work switches place with commercial fishing from time to time as the job most likely to kill you based on fatalities per year.

I do some rock and wood carving on the side for fun.

Okay...so you're NOT a dietitian then? Because, I can see how a layperson may be confused considering how you've posted about the subject in this thread.

Please, only dispense nutritional recommendations once you have completed the required education and professional training to do so. Otherwise, I'm going to start telling people how to cut down trees and you, as the professional, can let me know what you think about me doing that. Yeah?

Not only is he not a dietitian, he's not a psychiatrist/psychologist, either. That's the M.O. of your typical woo-peddler, though. Claims to have knowledge outside of the mainstream, has no qualifications to back it up. It'd be funny if it wasn't dangerous.

For a good laugh, the next time I see my psychiatrist, I'm going to tell her that I found out on the internet that my problem the whole time has been that I haven't been eating correctly and watch her laugh in my face.
