Apparantly he is getting alot of slack from people and fans all around are giving him shit for being an athiest? He says he wants to live his life anynamously and should be left in peace.... do you think someone in the public eye can just walk away and disappear?
Also all these stupid bible people are constantly trying to get him fired because they "hate porn" and hes a porn star?? I dont know, seems like he just wants to be left in peace... Im thinking of contacting him and asking him to join this forum. Would be nice to have him come here.
I haven't, but it's too bad, really. The sad thing that you can't even elect politicians who are admittedly atheist for the same reason, because 5% of the population think we're the devil despite the other 90% not giving a damn or just going with what the vocal minority say.
It's just as bad for models, actors, and actresses as well. Think about how much flak that Tom Cruise has gotten for his beliefs in scientology.
It's just ugly human prejudice to attack what they don't understand. In any case, I wish him all the luck in the world in getting his life going in the direction he wants it to.
If today you can take a thing like evolution and make it a crime to teach in the public schools, tomorrow you can make it a crime to teach it in the private schools and next year you can make it a crime to teach it to the hustings or in the church. At the next session you may ban books and the newspapers...
Ignorance and fanaticism are ever busy and need feeding. Always feeding and gloating for more. Today it is the public school teachers; tomorrow the private. The next day the preachers and the lecturers, the magazines, the books, the newspapers. After a while, Your Honor, it is the setting of man against man and creed against creed until with flying banners and beating drums we are marching backward to the glorious ages of the sixteenth centry when bigots lighted fagots to burn the men who dared to bring any intelligence and enlightenment and culture to the human mind. ~Clarence Darrow, at the Scopes Monkey Trial, 1925

Oh, I figure an off-the-cuff figure of 5% bat-shit crazy fundementalists, 90% people who don't really give a damn (or just go with the more vocal people they consider to be rational), and 5% of people who would be atheists or whatever and such who would give vocal support.
