RE: The Atheist Delusion
Isn't Ray Comfort like a very well known hack? Is it even worth watching, knowing it's from the banana man?

Good video to watch, if you want to know how common the Jesus story really is.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crocoduck

Quote:The crocoduck is an imagined hybrid animal with the head of a crocodile and the body of a duck proposed by Ray Comfort and Kirk Cameron. It became recurrent in debates involving creationists and proponents of evolution, being used as a symbol directed at those who do not understand the basic principles of evolution.

"Hack" is a very kind description.

Interviewer: I understand you've written seven books?

Ray: No, it's one book with seven different titles.

Well you know me. I don't do personal insults often. In any case, I can't really take Ray seriously.

He can totally prove God is real (the only way to prove atheists are deluded), but you've got to buy the book to find out what the proof is. Surely your soul is worth 14.99? I'm sure the Bible has something about believers charging for the truth somewhere....

Ah, this thread reminded me of Crockoduck porn. I don't think I can post links yet, but if you Google it and look at the Patheos result (Friendly Atheist), it's a hilarious post. Big Grin

3.1 out of 10!  This is on par with A Talking Cat!?!, which my kids, literally watched nearly 100 times (a quirk of human evolution, if there ever was one)!

The hit sequel, A Talking Pony!?! (shot on the same location as the first) did, however, score better than either movie:
