When it comes to remakes its not a disaster. They haven't changed much about the script, the songs are all still great. I'd give it a 5/10.
It's just nowhere near the original, for obvious reasons. RE: The new RHPS movie

I was thinking of some sterner stuff than any studio would green light today.
Sounding, electro-stim*, prolapsing, you know, the stuff that will seem quaint in 25 years. *disclosure: I'm really getting to be a fan of this. The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Janet finds she likes another girl with a cup,
Brad finds out he likes the same thing Mr. Hands did . . . The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

From what I saw on IMDB - Dr. Frank-N-Furter is now played by a woman. With tits and everything. So instead of a full-blooded American male being blown by Freddie Mercury look-alike, we'll be treated to some softcore porn, with girl-on-girl action, which would have been way less threatening even in the 70's, and by now I imagine even "Duck Dynasty" fans will have no problem with it. Seems like a cop-out to me.

Seemed low budget, low production value. Even Tim was anti-"climactic". Waste of time.
