Why only one "uncaused cause"?

Quote:5. We find that the first and ultimate cause of all instances of causation in reality corresponds to our information on the concept of God, namely, the creator and operator of the universe and man and everything with a beginning.

How do you know this?

1. Formulate the information of the concept of God, thus:
"God in concept is first and foremost the creator and operator of the universe and man and everything with a beginning."

2. Look for instances of causation in reality outside of concepts in our mind.

3. We find countless examples of causation in reality outside of concepts in our mind.

4. From the countless instances of causation in reality, we infer to the existence of a first and ultimate cause.

5. We find that the first and ultimate cause of all instances of causation in reality corresponds to our information on the concept of God, namely, the creator and operator of the universe and man and everything with a beginning.

6. Conclusion: God exists in concept as first and foremost the creator and operator of the universe and man and everything with a beginning.

What do you think about my proof for the existence of God?

What you are doing is shoehorning the word god into a definition that it does not fit.
You are defining god as the starter of the universe whatever that would turn out to be. If this turns out to be fluctuations in eternal quantum foam than your "god" would have nothing to do with the Abrahamic god that you actually worship. Its a bit like pointing to a potato that happens to be lying in a road and saying whatever put that potato there was god. It has nothing to do with what you actually believe a god is but is a vague nonsensical excuse for you to feel less silly about having that primitive belief.
By the way it was me.
I put the potato there.

1. God is the creator of the universe
2. The universe was created
3. Therefor, God exists

This is all it boils down to. It's giving a meaningless label to an undemonstrated statement of causation.

I think it sucks.

OP, this is only your rationalization for belief, not proof of a god. It's OK if you believe, no skin off my teeth, but you should probably stop calling it proof. You might get stepped on less.

BTW, there is no way to debate/argue a god into existence.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

Your first premise, is the same as you conclusion. You are begging the question, so I would say it needs some work

Unless someone wants to special plead, it seems your inference is strong as far as "hypothesis....observation....conclusion" type argument goes.

There are many stronger (100% conclusive) arguments for God.

Yours is a good observation that leads to evidence that there is a Creator. What that Creator is, if only one, etc, needs more arguments.

One thing that is implied in your argument is that infinite cause and effect relation is impossible. And it is impossible and can be proven to be impossible. But you should include that in your argument and show why you believe it's impossible.

With peace.

Every argument for the existence of God can be very subtly altered to provide an even stronger argument against the existence of God I find.
