Exercise/Workouts?

Exercise/Workouts?
Hello AF members and anyone else.  What do you do for exercise? Do you have a routine? How do you make exercise fun and enjoyable?

For me, I try to get 3 to 4 intense exercise sessions in for the week.  In particular, I enjoy calisthenics, high intensity interval training, and circuit training.  IMO, they keep things varied and interesting for me. However, if possible,  I'm very interested in learning new routines/exercises.

RE: Exercise/Workouts?
I am returning to an active lifestyle after many years of inactivity following a period of serious health issues.

My current regimen is 7 days a week of moderate intensity cardio (walking and bicycling) totalling about 15 hours a week, excepting for breaks due to injury or illness. That is in conjunction with a healthier eating plan with a 2 lb/week weight loss target.

I have done water aerobics in the past. When I'm not splashing around in the water, I go on the treadmill/elliptical. Do some bench presses, lateral pull, and something for my abs or lower back. I'm no expert, or anything. I just try to get my arms, legs, back, and such. Cardio is great for losing weight, and being on my feet, but walking/jogging in place for half an hour gets monotonous.

I usually try three days a week. At least half an hour or so at a time.

I can't do treadmills, I get bored extremely fast that way, I have to get outside and walk, damn the weather.

I mostly just do cardio. One of the biggest reasons I have a dog is to motivate me to go out on more walks and runs. Otherwise I would "forget" to do it.
I don't believe you. Get over it.

For the past 6 weeks I've been trying to lose the weight I gained when I was pregnant (my hormones went crazy and retained everything).

I've been working out 7 days a week. I do a 30 minute beach body video, plus a 10 minute ab video, and then I go out and job for 2 miles. I'm also eating mainly grilled lean meats and steamed veggies.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

I'm an avid cyclist and ride 10 miles every morning before work, then on the weekends if I'm not busy I'll go on longer rides, like 20-50 miles or so.

I haven't gone to the gym in a while, but I plan to start back this month. I was wondering if anyone had good ideas for what I should do. When I do manual labor, I'm usually pushing a lawnmower, or picking things up repeatedly. Bending up and down a lot.

I walk to the shops to buy microwavable meals. I also walk to the bathroom and kitchen.

I also walk back home from the shops into my home.

I also type things with my fingers and thumbs and do other stuff with my right arm and wrist.

Martial arts training, running, and some weight training. Along with hiking from time to time.
