So apparently I was hit by a car yesterday morning on my to the library. I don't really remember it I woke up in the hospital around 4:30 pm. They did a bunch of scans. I'm basically fine. I've got some bruised ribs, a broken ankle, and lost a filling. But the idiots won't let me go home. Swear everyone is hysterical. Admittedly I'm still a little confused but I'm fine.

Damn. Slow down and make sure you're okay. Hit and run or did they stop to assist - or something in-between?
Confusion is as sign of head injury! Best thing is to wait it out and let the experts clear you for discharge.
God thinks it's fun to confuse primates. Larsen's God!

The guy who hit me was actually really nice. He was in tears. I told him to chill. I think it was my fault because one of my books was still going when they found me. Ride it out at the hospital until the doctors make sure you are ok for release. Your brain is the most valuable thing in your life. Here's to a speedy recovery!
You just stay right where you are at young lady. Milk it for all it's worth.
If you leave now you'll regret it. Take the easy time. Hit by a car? I think you deserve it! Get well, but in your own time. Don't push it.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

I tend to keep it a very low volume. It's usually just for focus but I must have gone bookwormy and gotten distracted.(November 7, 2016 at 8:43 am)BrokenQuill92 Wrote: The guy who hit me was actually really nice. He was in tears.
