Trump going through the motions of divestment

In tweets early Wednesday, Trump announced a press conference to give the details of his withdrawal from management of his holdings.

I will be holding a major news conference in New York City with my children on December 15 to discuss the fact that I will be leaving my great business in total in order to fully focus on running the country in order to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! While I am not mandated to do this under the law, I feel it is visually important, as President, to in no way have a conflict of interest with my various businesses Hence, legal documents are being crafted which take me completely out of business operations. The Presidency is a far more important task!

Any guess on the structure of this withdrawal? I would bet his children maintain control, his name stays on foreighn/domestic projects, and he pretends it is enough to mitigate conflicts of interest.

He is removing himself from business dealings, not ownership. Also will just handoff everything to his children, and still have backdoor access to his companies. He isn't letting go of his businesses at all. Notice he says it's "visually important" that there be no conflict of interest.

Visually. not morally, or ethically. He is just making it look like he isn't involved, but he will be.
