Horrible, crusty old bitch. She reminds me of my year 4 teacher, Mrs Jones in a lot of ways.

Well, I'll be damned. There's something else we have in common.  Big Grin

Boru

I have a lot of rethinking to do, and I have been slowly working on it. I recently stopped reading Breitbart entirely, so that would be one example.

I've found the world got less dramatic and conspiratorial ever since I quit my Reddit addiction. I've been able to finish several long standing projects with the newly freed time and I can keep my professional skills up with Lobsters.

Microcosms aren't intrinsically bad but ultimately may be detrimental to the user. Perhaps you made the right choice. Ultimately the decision to change the beat comes from within. Good luck!

Oh well I guess if someone is forced into work because they can't afford to support themselves and they have a panic attack and end up hospitalized that's no big deal right? Rolleyes

Stupid motherfucking Tories.

It's why I have to live on microwavable meals.

I remember you saying that they might be testing you for ASD. Hang tight until you get the diagnosis and go from there as you may be entitled to the lower rate of PIP. You can always appeal if you think the decision is unfair.

I'm not surprised in the slightest.

Even the UN has noticed how badly this country treats the disabled.

Wow that's terrible. I expected things to be better in the UK.

They used to be but things have definitely gotten worse over the past few years. I'm actually starting to think that leaving the EU is a bad idea, but we'll see what happens.

Special snowflakes, wasting hospital space... just get over it
Seriously though, some people think this way. They just don't respect any sort of mental illness as a legitimate problem.

Aww your concern and caring is sweet.

I am indeed still on a super long waiting list.

If I don't have ASD then I can go ahead and finally get therapy.

if I do have ASD then I can go ahead and get specialized therapy.

I used to be on the low rate of DLA on top of my low rate ESA because I have difficulty travelling and going places because I can't picture things in my mind and my spacial awareness is not good.

When I got the form for PIP they added a "Because of a bad leg or bad back" on top of their having trouble getting around Dodgy

Apparently we are entitled to benefits if we have disabilities in our body... unless that body part is a brain Rolleyes

But yeah the evidence so far seems to indicate that I am most likely autistic. I'm just high functioning hence my high verbal skillls and super awesome mayo powers and stuff.

Damn straight it is.

You may be more proud of being British than Scottish.

I'm certainly more proud of being a European than British.

Think of it that way.

I'd say my opinion on that settled a bit. I'm equally proud of my Scottish and British identity. European Union? That's open to change. I'm stubborn as hell at times, but I do make an effort.
