Don't neglect the ears. This from one of our rescues. Sorry for the focus. Everything in the ear is bacterial/fungal growth. Took about 6 months to treat. In the beginning we thought she was deaf.

Yeah, if they get infected, the ear of a dog is like bacteria heaven.
