I could see a plausible court case with a reasonable chance of success, maybe they should retain counsel ? The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

He already knows what it says, it's not as if it leaves much to the imagination or has a million subtle but different interpretations, lol. It's a point of rare clarity and instruction in what is otherwise a jumbled pile of trash.
