Anyone hear about this yet? It's been less than a week since they started, but they've been growing fast. A movement to take over the democratic party in 2018 has started, and I hope they clean house. I've already said how pissed off I am about the DNC's failure last year, and this is what we need to happen if the swamp is really going to get drained.

Hm. As long as they're an improvement and not just more of the same, I'm in favor of it. It's more immediately plausible than raising up a third party, at least.

They do discuss that. Apparently they looked into it, and feel that taking over the Democratic party is a better option. Of course if they did this, then that's one less party to run against them. You get rid of a faction of the competition by taking it over.

Sleazing around for debate questions, rigging primaries for any particular candidate instead of a fair tourney, big money draws like Pelosi who's a fucking emblem of the old way of thinking remaining a potent force in the party instead of having the smarts to lead by stepping down.

And it's particularly disgusting, it's all shit that should be fucking obvious to the poohbahs running the show in the first place.

It's a good idea in theory. They will need make their priority fighting the obvious election fraud that allowed Hilary Clinton to win the Democratic primary when she shouldn't have done. Bernie Sanders did not do enough to highlight the blatant election fraud that denied him the victory. They have no hope of getting elected if the sorts of tactics that were employed to ram Hilary into presidential election will be use to prop-up warmongers and hypocrites.
