This breaks my heart. Truly. Millions of people, Sam and I included, would crawl over broken glass for the chance to be parents. And then monsters like this take that gift and just shit all over it. They don't know how lucky they were.
Small comfort, but at least it's recognised as the crime it is, whatever country it could have happened in (more or less).

A licence should be required to become a parent these days.
Most would pass with flying colours, but there are some who just should not be allowed to have or be near children.

What about all devout Muslims and their breeding permits?
What if child is a girl ?
Gay ?
Free thinker ?
Atheist ?
Put me on the commission, and in 1 generation there's going to be many fewer devout Muslims . . .
I'm not too thrilled about Scientologists having kids either.
I'm simultaneously thinking breeding permits are a great idea and a terrible thing to have me in charge of, and also a terrible thing if I'm not in charge of . . .
